Not only did the owner call me at home on a Sunday night to discuss details of my situation and reassure me that the run around I was receiving was totally unnecessary, he had one of his people at my house the next day to begin the coordination between them and my insurance company and took care of everything and met the deadline! My new roof is beautiful and I would recommend Spartan to everyone!
